Outstanding CSR of the Year

The National Alliance along with PIA of Oregon, Idaho and Washington are seeking nominations for the Outstanding CSR of the Year.

We know someone in your office deserves this kind of recognition and we encourage you to nominate them. The National Alliance's Outstanding CSR of the Year award is considered the nation's highest insurance customer service honor. It is given to CSRs distinguishing themselves through contributions to their industry and their profession - not to mention the contributions they make to your customers and to the success of your own business.

The recipient of the CSR of the year award in all three states will automatically be considered by the National Alliance for the nation's Outstanding CSR of the Year.

Last year Sharnel Hawkins of Bratrud Middleton Insurance, Tacoma, Washington was the named the nation's Outstanding CSR of the Year.
